Sweet Beads Return & Refund Policy

At Sweet Beads, we want you to love your order! Because our products are handmade and carefully prepared, we ask that you review this policy before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in their original condition
- Be returned with all original packaging when applicable
- Not show signs of damage, alteration, or excessive wear
To request a return, please contact Sweet Beads within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.
We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking. Sweet Beads is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact Sweet Beads within 14 days of delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Returns may not be accepted for items that:
- Have been worn or used
- Have been damaged after delivery
- Have been altered or modified
- Show signs of improper care
- Are missing significant original components
Items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return the eligible item according to this policy and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been fulfilled.
After the 24-hour cancellation window, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may still request a return if the order qualifies under this Return & Refund Policy.
No Restocking Fee
Sweet Beads does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
